05–16 Super Duty D60 Weld-On High Steer Arm Kit – Important Info

This kit requires welding and fabrication. If you’re unsure, we recommend having a qualified welder complete the installation.

The factory tie rod hole will need to be drilled out to 3/4". A reamer is recommended for best results.

Due to the nature of modified components, no warranty is provided on installation.

Some minor grinding and fitment may be required during install, as axle castings can vary slightly.

Designed to suit 3/4" heims with misalignment spacers (60mm overall width).

Engineered with Ackermann principles in mind to maximize usable steering lock.

Steering Performance (Guide):

• 8" ram = approx. 40° steering angle
• 8.75" ram = approx. 45° steering angle
